This Decree here regulates the implementation of the measures contained in Annexes 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the Operational Program for the Development of Fisheries in the Republic of Slovenia for the planned period from the year 2007 until the year 2013, on the approval of the operational program for Community aid from the European Fisheries Fund in Slovenia for the program period 2007-2013. This text also defines certain types of measures, eligible investments and activities, beneficiaries, eligible costs, conditions for eligibility, investors, selection criteria, procedures for the implementation of individual measures, control over the implementation of measures, amount of funds and financial provisions for implementation of related EU legislative documents as listed in article 1 (paragraph 2).
