This Letter ratifies the Protocol on Common Hydrographic Systems in the Southern African Development Community Region (SADC) as firm and valid, and guarantees that it will be strictly observed. The National Assembly, under the terms of the combined provisions of article 161 and article 166, both of the Constitution of the Republic of Angola, approves the Protocol on Common Hydrographic Systems in the Southern African Development Community (SADC) Region, by means of Resolution No. 36/24 of 3 May and complies with the legal formalities required for its ratification.
