These Rules aim to regulate matters delegated by the Act on the Preservation and Utilization of Natural Heritage and the Enforcement Decree of the Act. The Rules make provisions for: preservation of natural monuments, etc. in historical and cultural environment conservation areas, investigation report, submission of data regarding designation, application for permit or change of permit, etc.
