This Regulation defines the relationship between the state network (a set of basic meteorological, hydrological, meteorological-oceanographic and phenological stations of interest to the Republic of Croatia) and other meteorological and hydrological networks (a set of meteorological, hydrological, meteorological-oceanographic and phenological stations established by a natural or legal person), the method of collection, processing, control of operation and accuracy, recording, encoding and archiving of data, the method of reporting, and the scope and method of availability of data from the meteorological and hydrological observation system with other observation systems.
