Trumer Lakes Nature Reserve Regulation.

This regulation is establishing the Trumer Lakes area (including Obertrumersee, Niedertrumersee, and Grabensee) as a protected nature reserve in the Salzburg region. The boundaries of this conservation area are precisely defined in detailed maps, which are integral parts of the regulation and available at the responsible administrative office. The regulation aims to preserve the natural environment, including the lakes, shorelines, and surrounding habitats, by imposing strict protection measures to safeguard biodiversity and landscape quality. It also addresses the management of recreational activities to adapt to changing leisure behaviors while maintaining ecological integrity. Amendments to the regulation have been made over time, including updates to reflect contemporary conservation needs and integrate the area into broader European protection frameworks.
