This Law establishes the competent authorities and tasks of the competent authorities for the implementation of this Law, the conditions for the authorization of laboratories for the quality control of the Republic of Croatia fertilising products, the body for the assessment of conformity of EU fertilising products, the requirements that must be met by Croatian fertilising products and EU fertilising products, the making available on the market of Croatian fertilising products and EU fertilising products, the obligations of economic operators, the conditions for carrying out administrative and inspection supervision and the provisions on misdemeanours. The text is divided into nine main thematic Chapters and a total of 33 articles. Titles of these Chapters are as follows: I. Introductory provisions; II. Competent authorities; III. Registers; IV. EU conformity assessment body for fertilizing products; V. Economic operators; VI. Croatian fertilizer products; VII. Administrative and inspection supervision; VIII. Penalty provisions; and IX. Transitional and final provisions.
