This Regulation prescribes the content, deadline for adoption, method and deadlines for publication, method of change and other issues related to the procurement plan and register of public procurement contracts and framework agreements, as well as report content, method, publication deadlines and other issues related to prior consultation and market analysis. The procurement plan contains the following information: 1. procurement registration number; 2. subject of procurement; 3. number code of the procurement item from the Unified Public Procurement Vocabulary (CPV); 4. estimated purchase value; 5. type of procedure (including special procurement regimes and simple procurement); 6. statement whether the subject is planned to be divided into groups; 7. stating whether a contract or a framework agreement is being concluded; 8. planned start of the procedure; 9. planned duration of the contract or framework agreement; 10. note, if necessary.
