This Guangxi Sugar Industry Development Action Plan (2025-2027) aims to build a high-quality, modern sugar industry cluster through optimized layout, technological innovation, and intelligent upgrades, with targeted industrial output values increasing from 720 billion yuan in 2025 to 810 billion yuan by 2027. Key strategies include extending the industrial chain into deep processing and by-product utilization, advancing R&D in areas like harvesting machinery and AI integration, and promoting green, low-carbon transformation.
