Regulation No. 341 on measures against Phytophthora ramorum (Werres et al., 2001).

This Regulation establishes phytosanitary measures to prevent the introduction and spread of Phytophthora ramorum in Norway, prohibiting its introduction and requiring landowners to notify authorities of suspected presence. It empowers the Norwegian Food Safety Authority to impose eradication and containment measures, and regulates the import, domestic production, and marketing of susceptible plants, plant material, and certain wood products through certification, inspection, and traceability requirements, including specific rules for imports from Europe, non-European countries, and the United States. It also prohibits the import of certain bark products and provides for exemptions in exceptional cases.
