This Regulation lays down uniform rules for: (i) the checks of conformity with the marketing standard for poultrymeat; (ii) the cooperation and assistance between competent authorities with regard to certain conformity checks referred to in point (i); (iii) the records to be kept by operators; and (iv) the methods of analysis; in order to ensure the implementation of marketing standards for poultrymeat laid down in Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/343.
