This Regulation sets rules for the application of Regulation (EU) 2021/2116 regarding the Integrated Administration and Control System (IACS) for the CAP. It enforces harmonized electronic management of agricultural aid applications and monitoring. Particularly, it lays down rules as regards the assessment report on the quality of the identification system for agricultural parcels, of the geo-spatial application system and of the area monitoring system; general rules for aid application system; simplification of procedures related to the aid application system; requirements pertaining to the aid application system; amendments or withdrawals of aid applications; applications for animal-based interventions; and area monitoring system for area-based interventions under the integrated system.
