These Regulations, implementing section 26 of the Tourism Act, concern measures for tourism administration. The Regulations cover the following matters: eligibility for a tourism licence; requirements for the application for a licence; fees for the application; consultation process of any Aboriginal organisation involved in the intended area of any tourism operation; compliance with standards to ensure the protection and preservation of the natural, cultural and historical environment; duties of tourism operator; consultation for activities in the tourism special management area.
