This Regulation prescribes the purpose, content, and method of preparation of the Greenhouse Gas Inventory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the list of greenhouse gases whose emissions and removals are monitored, the method of data collection and quality control, and the deadlines for the preparation of the Federation of BiH Greenhouse Gas Inventory. The inventory of greenhouse gases of the Federation of BiH shall be established and managed by the Federal Hydrometeorological Institute. Sources of greenhouse gas emissions and removals by sinks are divided into five main sectors: a) energy, b) industrial processes, product use, and sectors involving the use of fluorinated gases, c) agriculture, d) land use, land-use change, and forestry, and e) waste management.
