These Regulations (19 articles, 9 Schedules) provide for the the licensing and control of well drilling. Schedule 1 delimitates the 'defined areas' for the purposes of the principal Act. The other Schedules contain forms for, inter alia, application of licences, licences, recording of drilling and notifications of existing wells.
