This Order regulates the Forestry Development Programme. It consists of 3 anexes dealing with the incentive regime for projects on reforestation of deserted or non-deserted areas, elucidating the purposes of this Regulation. Annex I lists the geografical areas benefiting from such incentives. Annex II lists type and maximum level of incentives. Annex III establishes financial amounts for investment projects.
