This Act provides for territorial sea, contiguous zone, EEZ and continental shelf of Brazil. It consists of 16 articles specifying all necessary information regarding the aforementioned sectors laying under the jurisdiction of the Government of Brazil. This Act permit as well the innocent transit on territorial sea of every international vessel.
