The Act makes provision for the registration of nurserymen and resellers of horticultural stock as well as for the sale or propagation of certain horticultural stock. It is divided into the following Parts: General(1); Provisions consequent on repeal of Horticultural Stock and Nurseries Act 1969 (2); Provisions consequent on enactment of Horticultural Legislation Amendment Act 2000(3).
