This Decree implements Decree-Law No. 1.413 specifying controls to be carried out against industrial pollution. It consists of 14 articles defining pollutants and establishing preventive measures to be applied by such industries in order protect national environment. It establishes competent authority entitled for carrying out control, in particular on endangered areas listed in the text.
