Second Ordinance amending the Ordinance on application procedures before the Federal Variety Office.

An Ordinance to amend the Ordinance on application procedures for obtaining protection of plant varieties of 30 December 1985 (BGBl. 1986 I p. 23). The amendments concern, inter alia, the additon of the abbreviation "BSAVfV" to the title of the said Ordinance; article 16 on Tranistional provisions; the Annex on Index of fees is also revised.
