This Decision establishes a training course for fishermen and navigation to be done within the School of Fisheries. It consists of 3 articles specifying a four-year programme carried out by the aforementioned School of Fisheries. The objectives of this school are the training of professional fishermen, vessel mechanics, navigation and the general improvement of knowledge on this sector.
