Ministerial Decree No. 318 concerning the exceptions from the Convention on International Trade of Endangered Species (CITES) according to the Annexes I-II.

This Ministerial Decree of the Russian Federation regulates export and import of protected wildlife species on the basis of the Convention on International Trade of Endangered Species (CITES) of 3 March 1973, and Ministerial Decree of the Russian Federation (No. 1051 of 1994). The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation is entitled to communicate to the depository state, Switzerland, the changes in the position of Russia towards the exceptions from the Convention according to the Annexes I-II. Annex I contains the list of wildlife species covered by this Ministerial Decree.
