This Decree-Law regulates vine planting. It consists of 9 articles establishing the requirements to be satisfied by geographical vine areas exceeding 1000 m2 according to EC Council Regulation No. 822/87 of 16 March. It concerns competent authority entitled to manage and control this sector, licensing and sanctions to be paid for illegal activity.
