This Order establishes credit system to be applied for the Rural Development Programme 'AGRO'. It consists of 3 articles and 2 annexes establishing the requirements to be satisfied in order to obtain credits for agricultural development (including credit to be issued to young farmers). Annexes specify terms and conditions to be met.
