Forms relative to the application for a spear gun retail licence, a retail spear gun licence, an application for a spear gun user's licence and a spear gun user's licences are replaced by new forms. A consequential amendment is made to the Schedule prescribing a fee for use of spear guns. Included in the licences are conditions relative to use of spear guns and the licence itself.
