This Decree-Law creates the Port Authority. It consists of 4 Chapters and 3 Annexes specifying the purposes of this institution the aim of which is to manage and control marine areas and any relevant activity. The Decree-Law concerns: Competencies and performing areas (chap. 1); Institution organization and structure (chap. 2); Personnel (chap. 3); Final provisions (chap. 4).
