This Decree-Law regulates Navigation and Port Authority of Macau (CPM). It consists of 5 Chapters and 1 Annex establishing the composition, duties and competencies of the aforementioned institution, the aim of which is regulating maritime activity within the waters under the jurisdiction of Macau. The Regulation specifies: Competencies (chap. 1); Composition and organization of services (chap. 2); Personnel (chap. 3); Functioning of services (chap. 4); Final provisions (chap. 5).
