This Regulation establishes licence fees for performing environmental activity. It consists of 7 articles and 3 annexes specifying different types of licence to be issued for different purposes (the amount collected for the issuance of licenses shall be calculated on the basis of the classification contained in Annex II.). The licensing of activities that affect the environment shall be contingent upon the preparation of an Environmental Impact Study.
