This Decree-Law enforces the Plan for Rural Development (RURIS) for the period 2000-2006. It consists of 23 articles specifying the financial measures to be issued in particular to the following sectors: (a) Agricultural Reform; (b) Compensations; (c) Agricultural and environmental measures; (d) Reforestation programme of agricultural lands.
