Presidential Order No. 405 setting the Regulation for loading, unloading, handling, storage in port areas and transport via sea of hazardous substances.
The aim of this Order is to establish the necessary framework in terms of principles, rules and procedures in order to prevent pollution of marine environment by hazardous substances carried by vessels.
