The Premier orders to approve the proposal of setting up Agro-industrial Union of Russia – non-commercial organization uniting on voluntary basis producers of agricultural commodities of all organizational and legal forms. The Ministry of Justice is authorized to register Agro-industrial Union of Russia in accordance with the modalities established by the legislation currently in force. Regional and Territorial Executive Bodies are recommended to render possible assistance to the regional branches of Agro-industrial Union of Russia.
