Waste Management (Landfill) (Amendment) Regulations, 2002 (L.N. No. 289 of 2002).

These Regulations amend regulation 21 of the principal Regulations. Regulation 21 originally provided, inter alia, for control of groundwater quality. That part of the Regulation is now deleted.
