This Order approves Regulation application 1 “Modernisation, reconversion and agricultural diversification.” of the Rural Agricultural Development Operation Programme. It is composed of 25 articles, V Chapters and III Annexes. Chapters I to V read the following: I) General dispositions; II) Agricultural investment aid; III) Young farmers; IV) Application procedures; V) Final and transitory dispositions. Annexes refer to specificities related to certain articles. This Order pretends to improve competitiveness of the agricultural sector mainly by renewing the entrepreneurial sector, supporting young farmers by aiding them financially, by lowering exploitation costs, diversification of cultures among others.
