Commission Regulation (EC) No. 315/2003 amending Regulation (EC) No. 1227/2000 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1493/1999 on the common organisation of the market in wine, as regards production potential.

This Regulation lays down some amendments to Regulation 1227/2000/EC relative to the application of the provisions on the common organization of the market in wine. The amendments concern in particular the duties of Member States to forward to the Commission specific information dealing with restructuring and conversion as well as allocation of financial resources.
