This Communiqué provides rules for the possible outbreak of Clavibacter Michiganensis Subsp. Sepedonicus in the potatoes and the affected areas, in order to limit diffusion and apply eradication measures in compliance with Agricultural Quarantine Law, No 6968, the Agricultural Quarantine Rule and EU regulations. Survey procedures and analytical methods are described; surveys are conducted by the Agricultural Research Institutes, and results are submitted to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. Details on eradication and disinfection techniques are included in the present Communiqué.
