Agricultural Pests Destruction Amendment Act 1988 (Act No. 174 of 1988).

This Act amends the principal Act in section 4 by adding a nomination to the Agricultural Pests Destruction Council of the New Zealand Local Government Association. Section 10 is amended in consequence.
