It also establishes rules on data exchange between the cadastre, the land register and local governments, and on access to cadastral data and issuance of extracts. The Act provides procedures for the formation of cadastral units, including cadastral surveys, determination of boundaries, submission and verification of survey data. It regulates the determination and registration of intended use of cadastral units and provides for the recording of land value, land cover and land use types, and restrictions on land use, as well as correction of cadastral data and related administrative procedures.
