The Act consists of 8 Chapters (71 articles), ie. I. General Principles; II. Fishing Right Fishery; III. Directed Fisheries; IV. Recreational Fishery; V. Conservation and Management; VI. Fishery Development; VII. Penalty; VIII. Miscellaneous. The term of 'Fisheries' is interpreted in article 2. Chapter 4 pays special attention to the fishing activities with recreational purposes. Article 48 prohibits the unallowable catching methods.
