These by-laws provide for the implementation of the Brisbane Forest Park Act 1977. They are divided into 5 Parts (43 sections). Part 2 is dedicated to permits required under the Act, and related fees. Part 3 spells out which are the activities that can be carried out in the park and provides guidelines for pollution prevention. Part 4 forbids the entrance of domestic animals in certain areas and prohibits feeding of wildlife. The by-laws are completed by 4 schedules.
