Commission Regulation (EC) No. 317/2004 on adopting derogations from the provisions of Regulation (EC) No. 2150/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste statistics as regards Austria, France and Luxembourg.

Particular derogations from the provisions of Regulation (EC) No. 2150/2002 (which deals with statistics on the generation, recovery and disposal of waste) are hereby laid down in respect of Austria, France and Luxembourg. Derogations are in fact granted to these particular Member States as regards the production of the results specified by article 1 hereto.
