All bovines shall be vaccinated against the cattle plague. The vaccine used shall be one of those approved for the purpose by the government veterinary surgeon. Moreover, all bovines vaccinated against cattle plague shall be marked so as to render future identification possible. Bovines which have not been inoculated shall not be sold.
