This Act concerns the sale of certain seeds and plants in New South Wales. It contains provisions on the labelling of seeds (sect. 5), on the prohibition of sale of prohibited seeds (sects. 8 to 13), on the establishment of seed varietal verification schemes (sects. 14 to 20) and on inspections and enforcement.
