This Regulation implements the Citrus Industry Act 1991 by providing specifications on export control orders (sect. 3), the procedure for registration of people involved with the citrus industry (Part 2), the preparation and packaging of citrus fruits (sect. 10), inspections (sect. 18) and on fees (sect. 20).
