Ministerial Decree including the active substances mesosulfuron, propoxycarbazone and zoxamide in Annex I to Legislative Decree No. 194 of 17 March 1995, in implementation of Commission Directive 2003/119/EC.

In compliance with Directive 2003/119/EC, Annex I to Legislative Decree No. 194 of 1995 is hereby supplemented so as to include mesosulfuron, propoxycarbazone and zoxamide in the list of active substances, according to the chemical definition and the conditions specified in the Annex hereby attached.
