Ministerial Decree implementing Council Regulation (EC) No. 1782/2003 and Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2237/2003 as regards the dairy sector.

In order to benefit from the dairy premium and additional payment provided for in Council Regulation (EC) No. 1782/2003 and Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2237/2003, milk producers shall submit an application according to the present Decree.
