Antigua and Barbuda Merchant Shipping (Amendment) Act 2002 (No. 19 of 2002).
The amendments of the principal Act concern agents for purposes of registration, registration by foreign owners or trusts and owners being companies external to the Companies Act also in relation with payment of taxes.
