Resolution No. 49 of 1994 issuing the Implementing Regulation for Law. No. 6 of 1993 establishing the Fund for Fish and Agricultural Production Incentive.

This Resolution is composed of 5 Sections divided into 43 articles. Section I deals with terms and definition. Fund’s objectives and fields are given in Section II which are to: support and encourage the agricultural, plant, animal and fish products; reduce costs of agricultural production instruments, fish gear and irrigation modern instruments; support and encourage the exportation of agricultural and fish products; increase the capacity of basic structures of agricultural sector; support and encourage studies and research; and to contribute in the establishment of basic structures for agricultural and fish marketing. Fund’s accounts and incomes are given in Section III. Fund Management is contained in Section IV. General provisions are refered in Section V.
