This Act concerns the management and protection of wildlife. It contains general provisions on licensing and permits, on wildlife management, including fur management, dangerous wildlife and the establishment of wildlife sanctuaries; it regulates hunting and the possession and use of wildlife and contains provisions on enforcement, offences and penalties.
