These Regulations concern environmental assessment. They define the procedure for environmental assessment (Part I), screening criteria (Part II) and undertaking that are subject to environmental assessment and related exemptions (Part III). Among the undertaking the Regulations consider mining, forestry and logging, aquaculture, food and beverage manufacturing, paper and wood products, Petroleum and coal products, plastic, waste management, etc.
