Particular addenda are hereby laid down to Legislative Decree No. 194 of 1995, pursuant to the provisions set out in Directive 2003/82/EC. The latter supplements Directive 91/414/EEC as regards standard phrases for special risks as well as safety precautions for humans or the environment.
