Decree making provision on the production, packaging, designation and presentation of semi-sparkling wines.

By way of implementation of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 753/2002, the present Decree establishes measures applicable to the processing (art. 2), designation and presentation (art. 5), as well as packaging (art. 6) of semi-sparkling wines.
